Subject Choices for Grade 10

Welcome ladies. You are about to make one of the most important decisions in your life: choosing subjects to pursue in Grade 10. We hope that it will be a smooth journey for you. Last year, Marymount High School ensured that all students were screened with psychometric testing. All Grade 9 students received career counselling following results of the Career Psychometric testing. This approach helped many students in making the right subject choices that best fit them. In addition, their prior performance helped teachers to make informed decisions regarding their subject choices.

As you are aware, things have changed and we will not be able to take the same face-to-face approach we did last year. This year, all Grade 9 students will fill out their Subject Choice Forms online using Google Forms. Before proceeding to filling out the forms, you are strongly encouraged to go through a series of interactive PowerPoint presentations to better equip you. If you interact with the presentations in the sequence placed, you will know yourself better and make an informed decision re choosing subjects for Grade 10. Now that you have gone through the PowerPoint presentations and have interacted with the materials given, click HERE to fill out your Subject Choice for Grade 10 online via Google Forms. Kindly note that after you complete filling the form, you are to email it to sugziegraham@gmail.com. Also note that the deadline for submission of forms is Friday May 29, 2020.
